As the first of the functions of the new process control menu, you can now put participants – individually or all together – into an “observer mode”. In observer mode, all viewing functions (inside view, rotate and tilt board, zoom in and out) are available, but you cannot make any changes to the figures. This prevents unintentional interventions in the process – for example, during demo consultations, team development or seminars.
EXPERT TIP:
Even before inviting participants to the board, switch on the observer mode for all, then new arrivals will directly enter observer mode and you will enable the piece control only for active participants.
