Not only the size – also the color and shape of the figures can now be changed at any time without disturbing the flow of the consulting process by deleting and repositioning figures. Again, this is a clear advantage over the presence board, where one figure has to be replaced by another to reflect changes. Through the fine animation of the changes in size, shape and color, much more the impression of a metamorphosis – a change for the better – can be created.
